Tusimple was founded in 2015 with the goal of bringing the top minds in the world together to achieve the dream of a driverless truck solution. Responsibilities

  • Accurately place documents in correct folders and file drawers
  • Data Entry
  • Organize, update and maintain legal files and file system
  • Special projects and additional duties as assigned
  • Research using a document management system
  • Scanning, photocopying, collating, and faxing
  • Must be able to work under strict deadlines with high accuracy
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Accurate computer typing skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel in a professional manner
  • Proficiency researching via a document management system; willingness to quickly learn a new software program
  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced. environment with a high level of quality
  • Self-motivated and able to work collaboratively with attorneys and professional staff
  • Ability to perform well under pressure
  • Basic knowledge of the legal process and legal documents is helpful
  • Fluent in Chinese is a plus but not a requirement
  • Paralegal certification is a plus
