We are looking for an analytical, customer focused and data driven Senior Product Manager to join our team and own and build Analytics & Data Visualization that will help eliminate the financial complexity of healthcare.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research and collaborate closely with customers to deeply understand their needs and jobs-to-be-done. Distill insights from key stakeholders across the company, industry trends, product-generated data, competitive analysis, and sales data and become an expert in the domain.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners and stakeholders to develop a strategy for your domain aligned with company goals. Translate this strategy into a roadmap, requirements, and milestones. Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Legal, Sales, CX, and Marketing to ensure the success of launched features, including Go-To-Market, launching, selling, and support.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Data Science to solve complex problems, driving the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. Ship features that delight customers and result in significant and measurable business impact.
  • Take complex and ambiguous problems in a highly regulated domain, go deep and distill them into actionable solutions.
  • Understand, track and improve key product and business metrics. Iterate on the features using data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization, and ensure that the features delight our customers and surpass our business goals.

Here’s what you bring to the role:

  • 4+ years of hands-on product management experience, with a focus on analytics, data visualization, or related areas, and a proven track record of building products customers love, preferably in a rapidly scaling startup environment.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to solve ambiguous problems and distill complex datasets into meaningful insights.
  • Proven track record of successfully bringing analytics and data visualization products to market, from ideation to launch and beyond, delivering tangible business results.
  • Strong technical background with a deep understanding of data architecture, analytics frameworks and visualization tools. Deep experience working with big, messy data sets, and data processing pipelines. Fluency in SQL, R and Python.
  • Ability to define and track metrics to successfully launch and land high impact features.
  • Experience driving zero to one products and scaling products successfully.
  • High attention to detail, strong bias for action and highly organized.
  • Strong product sense and customer obsession.
  • Great communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Soul player: you deeply care about the mission and the product.
  • Relentlessly focused on customers’ needs, and thrive in working backward from the needs of your customers to build solutions that scale.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think long-term and anticipate future trends and opportunities in the analytics and data visualization space.
  • Previous experience in healthcare/highly regulated domains is a plus, previous experience with Revenue Cycle is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field or strong relevant work experience; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.

We strongly encourage BIPOC, people with disabilities, and LGBTQIA+ folks to apply for any open roles of interest. Building a truly diverse team is a challenge that we do not shy away from. Healthcare affects all people differently, but it significantly affects those in underserved communities. With a robust, diverse team, we are stronger and better equipped to change the future of healthcare for all.

As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
