We’re looking for a scrappy Host Success Marketing Manager with experience in customer success or lifecycle marketing. The Host Success Marketing Manager will lead the creation and execution of best-in-class ecosystems that elevate host preparation, satisfaction, and engagement, collaborating closely with creative teams, sales, product, ops, leadership, and Turo’s host community.

This role represents a rich opportunity to build programs that will make a significant impact on Turo’s performance and host success. You’ll take the lead on developing our host onboarding and loyalty programs, and creating new programs that will increase engagement and help hosts to meet their goals. You’ll also own the host policy/product/program communications playbook, collaborating primarily with creative, product, and ops teams to keep hosts up to date on important changes. 

This role reports to Turo’s Senior Manager of Host Marketing. The ideal candidate is a high-EQ critical thinker experienced in driving customer-facing programs, is comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment, and thrives when working with teammates and other departments to achieve ambitious goals. What you’ll do:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the host lifecycle, paths to success, and potential pain points and roadblocks hosts might encounter in meeting their goals
  • Identify and prioritize onboarding and loyalty program opportunities that increase host earnings, retention, and satisfaction, leveraging marketing, sales, and product surfaces.
  • Lead the engagement and fostering of Turo’s vibrant host community through virtual and in-person events, our online host forum Turo Talk, and other creative engagement opportunities.
  • Own our policy/product/program host communications playbook, defining when and how we should communicate updates to our hosts and working cross-functionally to execute

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, or related discipline)
  • 4+ years of experience in customer success or lifecycle marketing preferably in B2B or on the supply side of a marketplace
  • Experience using CRM (e.g., Simon) and BI (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Domo) tools
  • Proven track record taking part in complex initiatives, and collaborating across departments. Experience previously building or managing a loyalty program is a plus.
  • Desire to deeply understand our host community and leverage qualitative and quantitative data to identify and prioritize ways to add value
  • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Exceptional communication skills with a scrappy entrepreneurial and collaborative spirit
  • Creative mindset and natural eye for compelling brand creative
