Qualifications
- This addition to the team should be a highly organized, positive and personable leader who is passionate about developing people and processes that drive customer acquisition and retention of Enterprise & Non-Enterprise Turnkey Lender customers across the globe.
- The ideal candidate is data driven and analytical
- Strong leadership skills are essential
- 8 + years of proven successful experience in Software sales Operations
- 5 + years’ experience in management with successful sales operational leadership, including: planning, forecasting, and managing a sales operation in a complex global sales environment
- Develop strong interpersonal working relationships and work in a team environment
- Highly energetic, self-starter, strong attention to detail, and very organized
- Build relationships and quickly spot and communicate potential risks and issues
- Technology savvy
- Possess a professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to be self-directed while also working as a member of a team
Responsibilities
- You will be reporting to and working closely with our CRO
- As a key leader on the Sales leadership team, you will have the opportunity to shape and scale a rapidly growing sales organization, as well as its processes and strategies
- Assume responsibility for all centrally managed sales operations activities including owning our sales technology stack, evolving and administering sales policies, legal and sales help desk support
- Sample sales experience: develop operational roadmap by recommending and prioritizing improvements to sales leaders that will maximize efficiency and productivity of our Inside Sales, Enterprise, Account Development, Partners, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success teams
- Drive development of and oversee governance of all Sales policies across a global sales team; align executives across Sales, Finance, Product, IT and Legal on policy design, and maintain critical sales process and policy documentation
- Own and administer all sales systems, including SFDC, telephone queues, 3rd party software providers, and proprietary software tools; optimize licensing, usage, and utility of sales systems
- Assist in Recruiting and developing top sales talent
- Introduce and maintain strong Sales Operations processes, use of a CRM tool, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Champion, role model, and embed values
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of market trends and prospect opportunities
- Work with the CRO to provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecast and annually provide input for the building of the business plan for the fiscal year
- Develop key performance metrics and dashboards that help sales focus on improving performance
- Develop and implement strong processes and a systematic approach to team management
- Develop and sustain a high-performance team culture
