Role Overview:
We seek an experienced Senior Analytics Manager to lead our analytics team and drive data-driven decision-making processes. The role involves developing strategic analytical solutions, leading advanced data analysis initiatives, and translating insights into impactful business strategies.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead analytics projects end-to-end, from conceptualization and methodology design through implementation and delivery of insights.
- Develop and execute comprehensive analytics strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Perform advanced statistical analyses, predictive modeling, segmentation, and forecasting to enhance business performance.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of automated dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, governance, and best practices across all analytical processes.
- Mentor and guide a team of analysts and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations to identify analytical requirements and provide actionable insights.
- Regularly communicate complex findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Identify process optimization opportunities and implement automation solutions to improve analytical efficiencies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in analytics, data science, business intelligence, or related fields.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and familiarity with statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and predictive analytics.
- Strong experience with visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
- Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Excellent leadership, team management, and mentoring capabilities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present analytical insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record in driving successful analytics initiatives that positively impact business outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in fast-paced sectors like e-commerce, retail, fintech, FMCG, consulting, or technology.
- Advanced degree (Masters/Ph.D.) in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, MBA, or related quantitative disciplines.
