Responsibilities:
- Own the customer experience after sales lead qualification, all the way to the match
- Lead Technical Requirements Gathering with customers.
- Better understand their requirements and translate it into developers needed. Work with customers to set expectations on quality, pricing and timelines.
- Identify, vet, and place the best-qualified developers to meet customer needs.
- Own the quality of developers that are surfaced to the customers.
- Work with various internal operations teams to ensure speed and quality.
- Share feedback with product teams on how to better improve systems to support Technical Matchers to fulfill more positions
Capabilities:
- Strong technical expertise ascertain customer's technical requirement
- Strong communication skills to build relationship with customers
- High ownership to drive to fulfill positions
- Ability to work in ambiguity to drive outcomes
- Experience working closely with sales teams
- Past background as a software developer is a strong plus
