The Turbo Virtual Machine is a user-mode emulation layer for the Windows API, including filesystem, registry, network, service, and other kernel subsystems. Turbo VM allows applications to be deployed and managed in ready-to-run, dynamically configurable containers that run in isolated virtual environments.

In concert with the rest of the Turbo stack, Turbo VM lets organizations instantly and dynamically provision applications across all of the supported Turbo endpoint types such as traditional desktops, VDI, and the cloud.

As a Virtual Machine Engineer you will create and optimize new capabilities in the VM; maintain compatibility with the latest operating system features and changes; and enable new VM capabilities that allow organizations to achieve more with their applications.

The successful candidate for this position will have a strong background in Windows system internals and demonstrable experience working with, debugging, and manipulating Windows operating system internals.

Requirements

  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills
  • Expert in C/C++, COM, and Microsoft Windows system internals
  • Ability to solve very challenging systems problems
  • Enthusiasm for learning new technologies
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced atmosphere

As this position is partially or fully remote, candidates must have access to high speed Internet and a suitable desktop computer work environment.
