The Data & Analytics team at TULA is growing, and we are looking for a Digital Growth Data Analyst to support our web and acquisition analytics. This role will work closely with our Digital Product and Performance Marketing under the Ecomm & Digital team. This role will own and execute all e-commerce/web measurement and partner closely with the Digital Product team to ensure data quality and insights. 

This role reports to the Director of Analytics & Strategic Insights and is based in TULA headquarters - located in NoMad, NYC (although we are currently working remotely of course!)

Key Responsibilities 

Growth & Attribution Insights

  • Partner with Growth Marketing team to analyze and optimize attribution, traffic sources to landing pages
  • Own attribution tool (Rockerbox) data and model validity 
  • Partner with business owners to leverage data to identify growth/optimization opportunities and user pain points, evaluate new initiatives and recommend changes
  • Gather requirements to build and maintain reports, data visualizations and interactive dashboards, primarily in Looker
  • Support weekly and monthly reporting, insights and alerts for Growth Marketing channels

Site Analytics & Insights

  • Establish website clickstream data strategy alongside Director of Analytics and Head of Digital Product
  • Own and monitor Google Analytics channel mappings, events, traffic sources, etc.
  • Perform and regularly monitor cohort and web conversion funnel analysis to identify key user behavior trends
  • Partner with Digital Product team to monitor, analyze and create reporting for A/B experiments
  • Define, analyze and validate key metrics to inform decision-making and measure the success of the website initiatives
  • Analyze the effectiveness of e-commerce activities and site enhancements, providing actionable insights to the ecommerce team
  • Support weekly and monthly reporting, alerts and provide insights for site performance


  • 2-5+ years of experience in the analytics field
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Experience with business intelligence solutions (Looker, Tableau, Periscope, Mode)
  • Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Snowplow, Heap, Segment) and concepts
  • Familiarity with attribution model/tools
  • Basic R or Python skills (not required, but preferred)
  • Experience with dbt (not required, but preferred)
  • Understanding of ETL, data warehousing and data modeling concepts and practices
  • Experience in ecommerce startup environment
  • A passion for beauty / skincare preferred
