TULA is looking for an organized & motivated team member to assist in the daily execution of our cross-functional content needs in support of our brand vision & business goals. You will be working in a fast-paced, creative environment that offers an opportunity to be part of building a rapidly growing brand. This role is on the Brand Marketing team reporting to the Senior Manager of Social Media & Content. TULA headquarters are based in Nomad in New York City (but we are working remotely for now!)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development, planning & execution of all in-house photo & video shoots; including, but not limited to, managing cross-functional briefs, developing shot lists & call-sheets, booking talent & photographers/videographers, securing studios & rentals, sourcing props & products, etc.
  • Manage asset timelines & route content for approval to key stakeholders
  • Manage outsourced freelancer projects
  • Maintain asset library & ensure usage & rights are tracked
  • Submit invoices to Account payable 
  • Assist Social Media & Content Associate with video script writing & fact-checking
  • Partner with Paid Social Performance team to develop briefs & execute content needs
  • An understanding of video software & basic editing (Adobe Premier, AfterEffects) is a bonus but not required
  • Appear as on camera talent when needed


  • 2+ years of direct production experience (both photo & video) — beauty & /or direct to consumer brand experience preferred
  • Impeccable organization & attention to detail
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience in social media & content production / distribution
  • Elevated creative eye & aesthetic with skills in photo, video & design
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, team-centric environment & is a self-starter
  • Passion for pop-culture, skincare, health &/or wellness & has a strong pulse on industry trends
