The Performance Marketing team at TULA is growing, and we are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Paid Social Manager to join our team. In this role, you will own the paid social channel from top to bottom, with a key focus on creative optimization to drive performance. You will rigorously test and iterate on learnings across social platforms, creative ideas, messaging, audiences, etc. You will own the overall channel strategy and, working with our agency partner, scale our paid social channel quickly and efficiently. This role reports to the Director of Performance Marketing and sits in TULA headquarters, located in NoMad in NYC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and own all aspects of Paid Social across different platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, etc) including strategic direction, reporting and creative optimization, as well as directing our agency partner on day to day operations
  • Partner with Product Development and Brand Marketing to brainstorm, identity, and perfect key messages for TULA overall and each product specifically to drive efficient customer acquisition
  • Develop and execute a testing roadmap across all paid social platforms, ad units audiences & tactics throughout the paid social funnel
  • Own paid social creative development - working with our in-house design team and external partners, you will craft and rigorously test messaging as well as brief and develop a large number of new creative concepts for all platforms
  • Launch and scale efforts on new and emerging social networks (TikTok, Snapchat, etc) 
  • Report on all major KPIs and share results, learnings and insights with the full TULA team to continually optimize results

Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years in direct paid social management (in-house or at an agency) with 5+ years of total work experience in a data-driven, fast paced and results oriented organization
  • Prior experience in beauty strongly preferred
  • Insatiably curious about what makes customers tick - you are always looking for new creative ideas and tests
  • Hyper-knowledgeable about the social media landscape
  • Highly analytical with a strong knowledge of Excel and Google Docs, as well as experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Looker
  • Strong experience and understanding of A/B testing frameworks and best practices
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
