The TULA Influencer Marketing team is growing and we are seeking a Senior Associate who understands the influencer landscape and is excited to build our business via new influencer partnerships.  At TULA, Influencer Marketing is a strategic business channel with ROI positive customer acquisition and brand awareness as the key goals. We want to continue to be the leader and innovator in the influencer space by continuing to rapidly expand our reach and number of relationships.  This opportunity is ideal for the candidate who wishes to join a fast-growing startup and an energetic team. TULA headquarters are based in NoMad, NYC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively source, evaluate, pitch, and negotiate strong partnerships with social influencers and influencer agencies
  • Hit aggressive targets for new partnership sourcing by quickly building a large pipeline of prospects, managing to a substantial paid influencer budget with strong ROI
  • Ensure all new partnerships align with our brand vision and community goals
  • Actively identify and cultivate new communities of influencers as well as new channel expansion opportunities to reach our target customers and extend our reach
  • Maintain a regular reporting schedule on outreach funnel and budget spend, e.g., number of people contacted, in progress, closed, budget allocated MTD vs target spend
  • Execute and own all influencer new partnership product send-outs, contracts & general admin, supporting the team day to day
  • Assist in managing and utilize influencer agencies and CRM platforms, e.g., Grin, Octoly, Fohr
  • Suggest new ways to innovate and enhance our influencer marketing approach, staying on top of the latest trends

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience sourcing and partnering with paid influencers, preferably in beauty
  • Ability to thrive in a sales / business development role with aggressive targets
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Are a quick-thinking, creative, hands-on, organized, problem-solver
  • Have a desire to flourish in fast-paced environment with an entrepreneurial spirit
