Paul Tudor Jones II formed Tudor Investment Corporation, the first of the Tudor Group companies, in 1980. The investment strategies of the Tudor Group include, among others, discretionary global macro, quantitative global macro, quantitative equity market-neutral, and equity long-short.

Role

Tudor is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator/Executive Assistant to provide temporary parental leave coverage for the Macro Pipeline Team in our Astor Place office. The candidate will focus on recruiting coordination as well as administrative assistance to the team.

Hours

8:30am-5:30pm (3-4 days in office with flexibility to come in 5 days when needed)

Duration

Approximately 4-5 months beginning mid-May 2024

Responsibilities

    • Heavy calendar management
    • Experience scheduling meetings across global time zones
    • Acting as the liaison between candidates and agencies
    • Heavy interview coordination/managing onsite interviews
    • Travel arrangements for both internal team and candidates
    • Expense management
    • Light event planning
    • Acting as the liaison to vendors
    • Completing ad hoc projects

Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Experience with Concur or similar platform for expenses
    • Experience with Greenhouse is a must
    • Experience with Outlook 
    • Experience with Zoom
    • Strong attention to detail
    • 3-4 years of corporate experience, financial services a plus
    • Team player that has a can do attitude
    • Ability to work independently and as a part of a larger team
    • Ability to create/present presentations and strong technical skills

**Compensation for this position is expected to be between $40 per hour-$60 per hour, with the actual rate dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s education level and credentials, the compensation expectations of applicable applicants, and other market conditions.
