职位要求：
1. 拥有经认证大学的大学本科以上学历
2. 英语书面及口语水平优秀，足以胜任远程、主要以异步方式工作的环境
3. 拥有 5 年以上的行业工作经验
4. 精通 JavaScript、Web API、React/Redux、HTML5/CSS
5. 对持续交付高质量、具有良好测试覆盖率的代码充满热情
6. 理解浏览器内部工作原理，包括网络通信和渲染周期
7. 能清晰、准确地沟通复杂的技术、架构和组织问题，并提出全面的迭代解决方案
8. 具备构建高性能、可扩展 Web 应用的实证经验
9. 自我驱动、自我管理，具备出色组织能力
