We are looking to add a versatile, in-house Communications Designer to our small, but mighty design team.  You will have the opportunity to touch every part of our brand and design from the product, to marketing materials, to sales initiatives, content, etc.  We're looking for a self-starter than can run with ideas and feeds off autonomy and ownership.  You will report directly to our Head of Design in our SF office off Market/2nd.



  • Reinforce and amplify Tubi’s brand and value propositions
  • Collaborate with product, growth, marketing, and sales teams to develop a roadmap of initiatives that will contribute user acquisition and retention
  • Develop and launch creative campaigns across multiple media
  • Deliver high-quality creative concepts and executions across a variety of media (print, digital, and video)
  • Evangelize the brand’s tone of voice and personality internally and make sure that the brand image is always represented in a cohesive, united manner



  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience working on multi-media creative campaigns
  • Knowledge of design best practices in developing campaigns across multiple platforms and channels
  • Experience with Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects is required
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Understanding of content strategy
  • Understanding of A/B and multivariate testing
