About the Role:

We are a growing company and are looking for an excited and motivated Media Strategist to start our Sales Planning department. This person will be an integral part of the Sales process helping the Sales team develop best-in-class solutions for our top clients and be responsible for working collaboratively with the sales organization and internal product, engineering, and partnership teams to understand clients’ needs, develop plans to address those needs, and create strategic plans to present to clients for their initiatives. This is a growth opportunity, the right candidate will enter Tubi to understand the needs of the company, then build out a team to support our growing business.

Responsibilities: 

  • Support development of RFP (Requests for Proposal) process utilizing ad products, sponsorships, and targeting to strategically address the advertiser’s needs and campaign objectives
  • Understand the full suite of products and capabilities across all platforms.
  • Build and revise media plans, check avails, reserve fixed placements and update
    associated fixed sponsorship calendars.
  • Work with clients to help ensure Programmatic campaigns are running as intended to maximize revenue
  • Ensure media plans include accurate pricing and utilize approved products and available
    inventory and adhere to Tubi’s workflow/system rules
  • Organize research for delivery to clients
  • Work with data partners to find creative targeting solutions to enhance campaign
    success
  • Help plan and attend events for clients
  • Assist in reporting, delivery and billing coordination of media campaigns
  • Analyze performance and assist in optimization of media campaigns
  • Working with all parties to ensure asset/tag delivery in timely manner
  • Serve as liaison for campaign execution communication both internally between teams
    and externally with clients
  • Ensure internal salesforce and other tracking documents are up to date with pre-sales
    needs

Your Background:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-2 years of media planning experience in related field or company with an
    understanding of digital and linear video
  • Understanding of Agency+Publisher media ecosystem and best practices in planning
    and strategic sales
  • Understanding of data and its use in campaign planning and measurement
  •  Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Worked in a fast paced Sales environment
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills with strong self-directed learning abilities
  • Creative side that helps out-of-the-box thinking and solutions
  • Excellent analytical skills and detail orientation
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with digital tools
