Tubi is hiring a talented Senior Growth Manager, Mobile and Web Acquisitions to lead UA planning, strategy, budgeting, and execution across our Growth Marketing org. The ideal candidate has experience managing large budgets, communicating results with various teams including Product & Engineering, and has a proven track record testing and scaling new digital channels on Web & Mobile applications.

About the role: 

  • You will lead end to end planning, strategy, budgeting and goal-setting for user acquisition on mobile and web
  • Drive QoQ and YoY growth in line with goals, while communicating on performance, budget, key learnings and opportunities to leadership on a regular basis
  • Prospect, launch and manage user acquisition channels at scale (e.g., Facebook, Google UAC, Apple Search Ads)
  • Provide strategic direction for media buying to various agencies & allocate budget based on performance and analytics to maximize ROAS
  • Manage the creative pipeline, and collaborate with brand marketing team on developing a steady pipeline of top performing creative assets
  • You will be trafficking creative concepts and effectively tracking creative performance
  • Collaborate with Growth Engineering team on applying automation to growth marketing

Your background:

  • 6+ years experience in a similar role, ideally B2C focused
  • Experience scaling paid acquisition on Facebook, Google UAC and managing the creatives process required to grow these channels
  • Must have experience driving mobile app growth and optimizing acquisition funnel (e.g., ASO, landing page optimization, user flow)
  • Experience managing multi-million dollar user acquisition budget first-hand
  • Proven track record of testing and scaling new digital channels taking a rigorous experimentation approach
  • Outstanding analytical skills, data-driven mindset
  • Ability to lead a team and develop exceptionally talented individuals


  • Experience solving multi-touch and cross-device attribution
  • Experience working with growth engineering teams on integrating automated solutions and machine learning into growth operations
