About the role:

We are looking for a mobile-focused Product Leader to lead the mobile product team and build world-class mobile experiences for Tubi on iOS and Android. You'll work closely with engineering, design, operations, business, sales, and marketing to break down complex problems into goal-oriented product plans and specifications that will drive our business forward. What you'll be doing:

  • Contribute to the growth of the PM discipline at Tubi
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the mobile PM team
  • Build iOS and Android Roadmap for growth-related feature development in collaboration with design, engineering, marketing, & analytics
  • Be accountable for achieving company/board-level growth objectives
  • Drive growth in user adoption and engagement using data-driven product experiments
  • Understand blockers and develop creative experiments and solutions.

Your background:

  • 6+ years of product management experience shipping consumer-facing product (strong preference for entertainment-focused products
  • Data-mining proficiency (e.g SQL)
  • Experience with Agile Methodology 
  • Data-driven, should know how to analyze user data and metrics to make decisions
  • Understanding of technical architecture (iOS, Android)
  • Experience with developing, executing, & testing different growth experiments that have a significant impact on user growth and engagement
  • Familiar with user engagement and tracking tools (Branch.io, Adjust, Appsflyer, CRM tools, etc.)
  • Drive growth in user adoption and engagement using data-driven product experiments
  • Experience working cross-functionally with design, data and marketing teams to accelerate our growth
  • Experience developing product roadmaps and launching new features focused on growth
  • Previous experience in a high-growth startup requiring wearing multiple hats
