About the role:

Our team is seeking a highly-motivated and experienced Director of Sales or Senior Director of Sales to lead revenue in the Midwest region. This role will mark Tubi’s first seller on the ground in market, and will be a key component in growing advertising revenue and establishing the Tubi brand recognition with agencies and brands in the region. Tubi seeks a seasoned salesperson with deep connections at all levels within the agencies who can sell to both TV and digital buyers. This role is for a strong, entrepreneurial individual contributor with the potential to grow a team. You will work directly with the Chief Revenue Officer and will be expected to lead all Midwest sales efforts and grow Tubi’s presence in Chicago. You will be expected to set account strategies for the territory and manage sales pipeline using Salesforce.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Be responsible for all revenue from agencies and brands in the Midwest region
  • Build and implement the account strategy and territory growth plan
  • Set quarterly revenue (Direct and IO) goals
  • Work collaboratively with other Sales executives on cross-region and cross-channel strategy
  • Identify and champion opportunities new products for Tubi to dominate key advertiser categories

Your background:

  • TV and digital video advertising sales experience in the Chicago market
  • 5 + years working as a Sales Director in the local Chicago market
  • Strong track record of exceeding individual sales quota
  • Experience building out a well performing sales team
  • 8 + years of relative ad sales/media industry experience
  • Experience working for a well known broadcast, cable, or video ad network
  • Boots on the ground, go getter mentality
