Role: Senior Software Developer
Overview:
TubeScience is seeking a talented Software Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both front-end design and backend development, with a particular focus on Retool applications. As a Software Developer reporting to the Chief Data Officer, you will be responsible for executing the full lifecycle of software development, including project documentation, code production, testing, Integrate software components, and system maintenance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and a keen eye for detail are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Execute full lifecycle software development, from concept to deployment.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, project plans, progress reports, and final deliverables.
- Conduct validation and verification tests to ensure software reliability and functionality.
- Produce efficient and high-quality code that meets project requirements.
- Test and evaluate new programs, identifying and resolving issues as needed.
- Gather and evaluate user feedback to inform software improvements.
- Maintain and upgrade existing systems to enhance performance and scalability.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve project goals.
- Demonstrate general programming skills and problem-solving abilities.
Required Skills And Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development or a similar role, preferably with expertise in Retool applications.
- Strong understanding of quality control processes and best practices.
- Excellent documentation skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality work on schedule.
- Proficiency in React, Javascript, Sql, Python, C#.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
