The Role: Shuttle Driver (Part Time)

We’re a data-driven video startup based in LA that’s grown to become the largest producer of video ads on paid social in the 3 years since founding. Collectively, our videos account for about 5% of all paid video views on Facebook and Instagram in North America. We are fast and data-driven: our teams develop concepts in the morning, shoot/edit in the afternoon, launch in the evening, and iterate the next day based on real-world performance. We are a behavioral and visual lab at the core: We produce 2,000+ videos per week -- watched by over 100M people per day! Each of those videos is part of a structured experiment, designed to help us better understand how people make decisions, and how to visually communicate effectively!

TubeScience is looking for an organized and enthusiastic Shuttle Driver to operate our company van and ensure the safe transport of our employees. Your duty will focus on deriving routes for smooth pick-up and drop-offs, maintaining the presentation and performance of the vehicle, and ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers.

What you’ll do: 

  • Ensure that the vehicle is kept fueled and well-maintained at all times 
  • Arrive at pickup point promptly to minimize employee wait time
  • Design and update transportation routes based on passengers’ needs
  • Confirm that all scheduled passengers are present, taking note of absences 
  • Report any serious accidents or incidents to your supervisor  
  • Ensure that passengers exit the bus at the appropriate stop and in a timely manner
  • Adhere to all safety and traffic laws
  • Avoid high-traffic routes when possible

Who you are:

  • Extremely organized and have a strong attention to detail
  • Someone who brings a “can-do” attitude to the workplace
  • Someone with strong communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • A customer service minded individual 


  • Valid Commercial Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • Must be willing to work 8-10am and 6-8:00pm shifts 
  • Proficient knowledge of applicable transport and safety codes 
  • Prior experience driving groups of people and operating a large shuttle bus in the city
  • Working knowledge of car maintenance and restoration techniques
  • First aid training a plus
