Position Summary

The objective of the Marketing Associate is to drive marketing activities for TTC Americas in conjunction with TTC’s group marketing team. This Marketing Associate will also work with TTC's customers and other vital departments such as Sales, Consulting Services, HR, Accounting, Operations, etc. to drive continued success and enhance TTC’s performance in the overall marketplace.

Objectives

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to understand key objectives
  • Drive day to day marketing initiatives to increase company awareness
  • Help achieve our branding and demand generation goals to drive sales

Responsibilities

  • Develop content for targeted social media posts on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter
  • Manage website content management system (CMS) and make changes as necessary
  • Design email campaigns and track launch reports; impressions, clicks, opens, and etc.
  • Design brochures and collateral via Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop as needed
  • Manage tradeshow logistics with registration, promotional items, and event setup
  • Edit and publish thought leadership; white papers and blogs entries to TTC website
  • Support sales and business development via client research and meeting preparation
  • Conduct companywide surveys for local awards: Fastest Growing, Top Workplaces
  • Event planning and setup for industry tradeshows, promotional item inventory mgt.
  • Ability to travel moderately
  • Additional duties as may be assigned by management

Qualifications

  • Must have 2+ years of experience as a Marketing Associate or Marketing Specialist
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Graphics Design, or Communications
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator for graphic design of brochures, etc.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint
  • Knowledge of Basic HTML, Email Marketing, Website CMS, and Google Ads & Analytics
  • Understanding of Marketing Automation and Sales CRM Systems (Salesforce, etc.)
  • Experience within IT, Software and/or Consulting definitely a plus, but is not required
