Job Description 

This role is accountable for the product management, delivery, commercialisation and growth of  self-directed solutions across equities, ETFs and options on an execution-only basis.

 

The Role Responsibility: 

  • Be a product champion for self-directed investment solutions within the team
  • Familiar with global markets specifically US markets
  • Manage a cross-functional squad to deliver the product within time, cost and resource constraints
  • Develop and draft product guidelines, processes and policies from scratch in line with regulatory, operational and risk requirements
  • Collaborate with various functional teams and squads to conduct product discovery, gain alignment across teams, product detailed scoping documents and obtain necessary approvals
  • Collaborate with data teams for setup and ongoing administration of management information systems, deep dive into user behaviour and analysis of data to assist with planning and strategic initiatives

Our Ideal Candidate: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10 years’ experience, preferably in self-directed solutions in a standalone brokerage within Singapore
  • 5-10 years of executive operational experience overseeing all aspects of a self directed solutions product
  • Hands-on and strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with proven track record of leading and developing teams in a growing business
  • Ability to thrive and lead in a fast-paced, changing environment whilst retaining long-term focus
  • Strong prioritization capability and decision making skills
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in executing Scrum frameworks/ guidelines with certification in one of the following courses (Scrum Alliance CSPO, Scrum.org PSPO or SAFE 5.0 and upwards)
