Job Description 

As Strategy Lead, you will have the opportunity to shape the strategic agenda of Trust Bank and help to communicate it to key stakeholders. The role is within the CEO office, reporting directly to the Chief of Staff. You will work closely with stakeholders from all across the bank.

 

The Role Responsibility: 

  • Help to shape our bank-wide strategy, crafting and communicating our strategic agenda clearly to stakeholders. You’ll also be the bridge between long term strategy and our OKRs, helping to drive alignment across the organisation.
  • Lead the day-to-day running of CEO office, supporting the chief of staff and working closely with the Bank’s CEO. This will involve business planning and the preparation of high-quality material for Board and other key meetings.
  • Involvement in and leadership of key initiatives and projects as directed by CEO / Chief of Staff. Some of these may be strategic in nature whilst others may drive shorter term tactical outcomes.
  • Lead on any investor related activities and work closely with our communications team for any major media events.
  • Be a prominent advocate for the Bank’s culture, identifying opportunities and leading initiatives to create a positive impact.
  • Provide governance and control oversight of activities within CEO office.
  • Step seamlessly into the shoes of our Chief of Staff when required.

Our Ideal Candidate: 

  • 8 years' experience in financial services, preferably with a focus on digital banking or fintech.
  • Experience in strategy, consulting, or investor relations.
  • Exudes passion, creativity, and energy.
  • Has thrived in a high-growth or start-up or possesses a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Organised and is great at planning but is also adaptable and deals well with changing priorities.
  • In touch with the external landscape with a passion for the industry and its evolution.
