Overview of role: At Trusaic we are building systems that meet important regulatory and compliance needs for our clients. Our most recent platform product, PayParity, is leading the way with innovative Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) analysis services for a growing base of customers. Join our expanding team and help ensure the quality of world-class solutions using leading toolsets and modern testing techniques.
You will be an integral part of our software engineering department and will be heading up testing of our SaaS products as well as internal desktop software and external API’s. Depending on experience, this position may be a 25% to 50% supervisory, mentoring and training role; however, hands-on testing will be a requirement. You’ll be expected to follow closely on several ongoing projects at once and work closely with outside QA contractors and vendors. In conjunction with the department needs, you will be actively involved with interviewing and hiring new QA analysts
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading a QA team in an agile environment
- You are an effective trainer and have helped to interview and hire QA Analysts
- Experience with Azure DevOps and Test strongly preferred
- Worked with a variety of testing and automation tools
- Strong understanding of RESTful API behaviors
- Good security awareness and related testing methods
- Good working SQL knowledge
- AA or higher degree and/or industry certifications, or equivalent extra experience
- Industry certifications
- Worked on testing with SaaS products enterprise software and integrations
- SOAP and XML
- C# or general coding skills a strong plus
