We are looking for an Independent Contractor Sales Representative to join Trusaic’s sales team.  The successful candidate will have experience as an Insurance Agent with a track record of success selling into the SMB market.

  • Core Output Statement and Description Overview:
    • The Independent Sales Representative is responsible for generating sales and driving revenue, by focusing on our portfolio of products and services. The Independent Sales Representative will prospect new business leads as well as use his/her existing relationships to sell to the SMB space.
  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Sell a portfolio of Trusaic products directly to SMB size organizations.
    • Identify opportunities to increase sales volume.
    • Maintain records of sales activities and results in CRM (HubSpot) system.
  • Skills & Abilities require to perform Duties:
    • 5+ years’ experience in insurance sales
    • Experience selling into small business owners; 100 employees or less
    • Having an existing book of business that can be leveraged is strongly preferred
    • Strong customer interface and presentation skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
    • Ability to skillfully navigate through negotiation phases.
    • Knowledge of sales pipeline management and sales and revenue quotas.
  • Education, Certifications, or Training desired:
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
