  • Core Output Statement and Description Overview
    • The Demand Generation Marketing Specialist will be responsible for collecting, curating, and analyzing data with the aim of optimizing marketing operations. This individual will work in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams to develop actionable strategies to drive effective outreach and revenue growth. We are looking for this role to make sense of complex marketing campaign data to help us determine what strategies are most effective. This person will be excited to work with Marketing leadership to assist with the development, implementation, and analysis of marketing and brand strategy.


  • Essential Duties & Responsibilities
    • Manage technical and analytic aspects of marketing operations
    • Establish and maintain metrics and provide ongoing tracking and reporting on marketing and sales activities
    • Proactively explore data trends, offering adaptations to current analytics and marketing operations strategies
    • Ensure integrity of data and keep reporting up-to-date and properly integrated across relevant platforms
    • Evaluate and redevelop KPIs on a proactive and ongoing basis
    • Monitor campaigns to optimize performance based on industry best practices
    • Provide recommendations geared toward optimized analytics and future campaign performance
    • Work with Marketing leadership to determine where resources are best allocated
    • Develop solutions such as dashboards and digital organization systems to present and access data in clear, graphic, and forms that are easy to interpret visually


  • Additional Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Keep current with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and metrics
    • Be willing to learn new software and techniques as needed
    • Pulling and analyzing specific data sets when requested by senior executive leadership


  • Skills & Abilities required to perform Duties:
    • 4+ years experience with data analysis, with 2+ years working with marketing data specifically 
    • Fluency in HubSpot, WordPress, and Google Analytics
    • Expertise in advanced functions of Excel
    • Deep knowledge of Salesforce.com data structure and reporting 
    • Extensive experience with B2B marketing KPIs and attribution models
    • Experience writing SQL queries and ETL procedures
    • Experience working with data warehouses and data visualization/BI tools
    • Outstanding analytical and organizational skills
    • A proactive approach to the development, reconfiguration, and application of metrics
    • Strong aptitude for versatility and multitasking
    • Capacity to work quickly while maintaining clarity and precision
    • Collaborative attitude to work well with the whole team, but must be comfortable working autonomously


  • Education, Certifications or Training desired:
    • Bachelor’s degree in related field or comparable experience in a corporate marketing environment
