• Overview:
    • The Marketing Operations Manager will manage the Marketing department activities by organizing information, helping prepare for events and webinars, prioritizing daily activities, and completing marketing tasks as required. 
    • Work with the VP of Marketing and help manage our social media, PR, and design teams. 
    • You will use your generalized Marketing skills in a variety of ways to help our Marketing department do their best work and set them up for success through proactively preparing for, and maintaining the quality of all marketing activities.
  • Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Keep marketing calendar up-to-date so everyone knows what’s happening when
    • Help develop targeted marketing email lists starting from Hubspot master list
    • Coordinate and schedule the content of our two publishing websites and daily email circulation in HubSpot . 
      • Assign and coordinate with writers
      • Move articles through the process: first draft, review, iterate, legal review, publish
    • Set up Zoom webinars: title, abstract, learning objectives and the registration link
    • Coordinate webinars with partners and associations
      • Coordinate and schedule webinar promotional emails and social posts
      • Coordinate webinar certification with certifying organizations 30 days in advance
      • Coordinate with associations helping fulfill requests and answering questions
    • Coordinate trade shows
      • Trade Show registration
      • Oversee logistical coordination from registration through to execution
        • Shipping setting up and dismantling of the booth
      • Coordinate lead retrieval system ordering, coordination, etc.
      • A/V requirements, deliver presentations, etc.
      • Travel, hotel and other reservations for designated speakers
        • Coordinate Outlook calendars for key meetings with prospects & partners
    • Coordinate graphic design
      • Queue up work for the graphic designer
      • Answer questions, provide specifications, unblock and answer questions
      • Manage the single source for collateral
      • Announce and distribute new collateral to team
      • Update all sources with the new versions of collateral keeping current
    • Assist partnership marketing
      • Coordinate collateral requests for partner meetings
      • Assist partnership marketing manager with marketing requests
      • Update partner portal with collateral fo partners also used by the sales team
    • Assist public relations
      • Assist public relations agency with marketing requests and coordination
      • Press releases, collateral, bylined articles, speaking engagements and award applications
    • Metrics
      • Assist with coalescing input data that power marketing team dashboard & metrics
      • Send daily, weekly and monthly metrics as needed
    • Manage systems and users
      • HubSpot super admin
      • Google Ad Platform, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Adobe, Go Daddy, Network Solutions, SEM Rush, Uberflip, Supermetrics, WordPress, YouTube, Zoom, ZoomInfo, G2
    • Stand in for content writer or digital marketing specialist 
      • Make minor, but necessary changes to website content, social media posts, blog articles, etc.
  • Skills & Abilities Required to Perform Duties:
    • 5+ years experience in digital marketing, ecommerce and event planning
    • 3+ years of experience working in HR related compliance technology products
    • 3+ years experience using HubSpot, Asana, Google: Drive, Sheets, Docs and Slide
    • Experienced with content curation systems, WordPress or similar web publishing software
    • Must possess analytical skills, strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
    • Team player, able to work with marketing, project management and technical teams on campaign planning, optimization, metrics and reporting
    • Self-directed, proactive and able to define and execute projects independently
    • Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize and work effectively in fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across departments and teams
    • Excellent project management skills including proven ability to meet deadlines and initiate follow-through
    • Ability to write clearly & concisely
  • Education, Certifications, or Training desired:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism or Communications preferred
    • Agency experience a plus
