  • Core Output Statement and Description Overview:
    • The Brand Manager is someone who enjoys developing and maintaining brand strategy. This is a highly collaborative position working with our Product and Sales teams specifically to make updates to brand strategy when product improvements are made. You will also be managing our brand strategy as well as our third-party social media and PR vendors, and researching industry trends and current events to maximize brand effectiveness.


  • Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Manage brand elements both internally and externally, including the website, creative assets, products, and social media.
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders regularly to improve brand performance and project initiatives.
    • Manage and prioritize brand opportunities to deliver new products to market - from concept to completion.
    • Identify industry trends and insights that lead to product ideas that capitalize on brand and business potential.
    • Coordinate and participate in brainstorming sessions for brand development.
    • Collaborate with senior management and internal stakeholders (including Sales, Product, Partnerships, and Client Services) to align brand with business and product initiatives.
    • Prepare weekly performance metrics, brand presentations, innovation plans, etc. for senior management.


  • Additional Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Ad-hoc projects as necessary with the Trusaic marketing team.
    • Helping to organize trade shows, industry conferences, and client events


  • Skills & Abilities required to perform Duties:
    • 5+ years in brand management.
    • Demonstrated experience developing and sustaining a strong brand.
    • HubSpot experience is a big plus.
    • Fluent in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
    • Knowledge of the principles of writing, advertising, marketing and media.
    • Knowledge of media relations a plus.
    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven strategic thinking.
    • Have a passion for keeping current with the latest trends and best practices in marketing.


  • Education, Certifications, or Training desired:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field required.
