  • Core Output Statement and Description Overview:
    • The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for evaluating digital marketing efforts, lead generation, and pushing our team to see success through a variety of campaigns. You will be developing, managing, and maintaining marketing initiatives and advertising campaigns. You will also be analyzing marketing data and figuring out what efforts offer the best ROI, to help guide the marketing departments efforts as a whole. As a direct report to the VP of Marketing and company leadership, your efforts will support the product development team and sales staff in fulfilling the marketing needs of Trusaic.

 

  • Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Assist in the development of the marketing strategy for new and existing products, with a focus on digital marketing and inbound lead generation.
    • Create, plan, and execute multi-channel campaigns through the targeted digital and web marketing efforts, creating a highly effective and personalized approach for strategic accounts.
    • Define and segment customers to determine appropriate outreach strategies.
    • Evaluate and select platforms for marketing campaigns, then implement and measure results to adjust strategy when necessary.
    • Work cross-functionally to ensure lead generation goals are met, specifically with sales and product teams.
    • Oversee the implementation of the marketing strategy including campaigns, events, conferences, and webinars.
    • Provide competitive, market and consumer research to optimize positioning of Trusaic product and services in the marketplace.
    • Analyze data and run A/B testing on all current efforts to determine the best digital strategy.
    • Work with outsourced teams to ensure all marketing data is compiled in a timely fashion, allowing us time to work with the data and gain valuable insights

 

  • Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Streamline and simplify processes to drive smooth and simple campaign execution.
    • Participate in collaborative meetings between executive team, sales, and operations.

 

  • Skills and Abilities required to perform Duties:
    • 5-7+ years digital marketing experience.
    • Enterprise marketing experience at a software company required.
    • Experience with HubSpot required.
    • Ability to evaluate marketing channels and allocate budgets to improve ROI.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Mastery of MS Office and Google Suite.
    • Detail oriented with ability to prioritize multiple projects.
    • Consumer insights experience revealing actionable information about your target audience and the ability to tap into those insights to create compelling digital marketing campaigns.
    • Strong project management skills including content schedules, budgets, and agency/vendor oversight.

 

  • Education, Certifications, or Training desired:
    • Bachelor’s degree in applicable field required
