  • Core Output Statement and Description Overview:
    • The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for conducting exciting inbound marketing campaigns and online advertising using cutting edge programs to spread the Trusaic brand. This person will be measuring ongoing efforts to make recommendations as to where adjustments should be made, and going forward to complete those changes. You will be pushing the effectiveness of websites and other digital properties to drive sales and revenue growth.


  • Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Compile performance reports for various multivariate testing initiatives involving SEO, SEM, social, email outreach, etc.
    • Assist with online advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and paid social.
    • Assist with the creation of specialized landing pages to drive lead generation, while maximizing SEO and working within design parameters.
    • Audit web pages including metadata and suggest changes to improve SEO, load speeds, user experience, and conversion rates. A/B test changes against original and report results.
    • Optimize metadata on regular articles and generate featured snippets.
    • Do competitor research and report on key findings.
    • Build, maintain, and collect data on comprehensive segmented contact lists for targeted email outreach and development of personas.
    • Assist the Marketing team with projects as needed.


  • Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Keep current with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and metrics.
    • Be willing to learn new software and techniques as needed.


  • Skills and Abilities required to perform Duties:
    • 2-5 years’ experience with SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
    • Experience in working with a CRM and in developing, monitoring and optimizing user funnels.
    • Experience with SEM campaigns: search, contextual, display networks.
    • Proficient in Google Analytics and other web measurement programs.
    • Proficient in using WordPress.
    • Fluent with Google Suite.
    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
    • Have a passion for keeping current with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and metrics.
    • UX and HTML/CSS experience are pluses.
    • Demonstrate ability to adhere to Company policies and procedures.


  • Education, Certifications, or Training desired:
    • Bachelor’s degree in applicable field required
