  • Core Output Statement and Description Overview:
    • The Demand Generation Manager is responsible for completing partnership marketing efforts, enabling our sales team to do their best work, evaluating digital marketing efforts, lead generation, and pushing our team to see success through a variety of campaigns. You will be developing, managing, and maintaining marketing initiatives and advertising campaigns. As a direct report to the VP of Marketing and company leadership, these efforts will support the product development team and sales staff in fulfilling the marketing needs of Trusaic.


  • Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Assist in the development of the marketing strategy for new and existing products, with a focus on inbound marketing and lead generation.
    • Create, plan, and execute multi-channel campaigns through the targeted digital, content, event, and web marketing efforts, creating a highly effective and personalized approach for strategic accounts
    • Define and segment customers to determine appropriate outreach strategies.
    • Evaluate and select platforms for marketing campaigns, then implement and measure results to adjust strategy when necessary.
    • Work cross-functionally to ensure lead generation goals are met, specifically with sales and product teams.
    • Oversee the implementation of the marketing strategy including campaigns, events, conferences, and webinars.
    • Provide competitive, market and consumer research to optimize positioning of Trusaic product and services in the marketplace.
    • Recommend development of new marketing materials and assets as appropriate.
    • Work with current partners to create co-marketing materials


  • Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Streamline and simplify processes to drive smooth and simple campaign execution.
    • Participate in collaborative meetings between executive team, sales, and operations.
    • Manage relationships with channel partners.


  • Skills and Abilities required to perform Duties:
    • 5-7+ years growth marketing or demand generation experience.
    • Enterprise marketing experience at a software company required.
    • Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred).
    • Ability to evaluate marketing channels and allocate budgets to improve ROI including distribution channels, PPC, SEO, Email, Content Marketing and Social Media.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Mastery of MS Office and Google Suite.
    • Detail oriented with ability to prioritize multiple projects.
    • Consumer insights experience revealing actionable information about your target audience and the ability to tap into those insights to create compelling campaigns.
    • Track record of building scalable operating processes and systems as well as proven success within a performance-based marketing environment.
    • Strong project management skills including content schedules, budgets, and agency/vendor oversight.


  • Education, Certifications, or Training desired:
    • Bachelor’s degree in applicable field required
