  • Core Output Statement and Description Overview:
    • The Content Manager is someone with exceptional writing skills who enjoys creating content for digital and social media channels. You will be writing for websites and blogs, managing and creating content for social media platforms, working on media relations activities, including press releases and media pitches, and researching industry trends and current events to maximize content effectiveness.
  • Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Writing email blasts, webinar content, blog content, press releases, social media postings, and bylined op-eds
    • Assisting in development of marketing and communications strategies for new and existing products, with a focus on inbound marketing
    • Working with product teams to prepare positioning and messaging that communicates the value proposition of our products in the marketplace
    • Partnering with the Sales Department to develop collateral and messaging.
    • Planning and executing email and social media campaigns
    • Working with marketing and sales teams to prepare sales messaging, sequencing and cadences for product sales
  • Additional Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Ad-hoc projects as necessary with the Trusaic marketing team.
    • Helping to organize trade shows, industry conferences, and client events
  • Skills & Abilities required to perform Duties:
    • Demonstrated experience writing effective copy for digital and social media channels.
    • Proficient in using Word Press.
    • HubSpot experience is a big plus.
    • Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is nice to have.
    • Fluent in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
    • Knowledge of the principles of writing, advertising, marketing and media.
    • Knowledge of media relations a plus.
    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
    • Have a passion for keeping current with the latest trends and best practices in marketing.
  • Education, Certifications, or Training desired:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, or Marketing required.
