What are you going to do?

You will have the opportunity to work in a forward-thinking and growth-oriented environment, at Truelogic Internal team. We are looking for a Marketing Analyst who possesses a strong grasp of content development and social media dynamics.

The ideal candidate should have the ability to create engaging content that resonates with our audience and fosters interaction across our digital platforms.

  • Craft and publish engaging content for LinkedIn posts, including content for the CEO’s profile.
  • Develop and share creative content for Instagram posts.
  • Actively participate in LinkedIn groups using the CEO’s profile to foster community engagement.
  • Create a target list for outreach campaigns based on user engagement and interactions.
  • Strategically increase the number of followers on LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Boost engagement rates on LinkedIn and Instagram through innovative content strategies.
  • Execute advertisement campaigns on LinkedIn for talent acquisition purposes.
  • Contribute to the development and content updates of websites for both client and talent acquisition.
  • Drive increased traffic to the company website and various landing pages.
  • Design, deliver, and maintain up-to-date landing pages for strategic purposes.
  • Analyze and report on key website metrics to inform content and strategy improvements.

What will help you succeed

  • Demonstrable experience managing social media platforms and content creation.
  • A strong portfolio that showcases content creation skills across various social media platforms.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads and other social media advertising tools.
  • Ability to analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics.
  • Proficiency in content management systems and landing page tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
  • Fluency in English and preferably in Spanish.
