Our client exists to create social impact with every purchase, having built a community of retailers and nonprofits that give back to one another through their customers and supporters.
This two-sided value proposition drives new incremental customers to the retailers that are both high-intent and highly engaged shoppers. Change Commerce builds both trust and loyalty for the brand, translated into higher conversion rates, increased AOV, and lower cart abandonment for the retailer. By understanding a customer’s non-profit affinity through aggregated data, retailers are now enabled to re-engage and communicate to customers in a new way, through a message of giving.
There are other company projects that have a platform (long ago) that was designed in C# with CQRS (Command Query Responsibility Segregation), which is a pattern for handling transactions; works for microservices.
