We at the Truecaller for Business team focus on creating new revenue streams for Truecaller through solutions that help businesses in improving the efficiency of their customer communications. With visibility to more than 400 million users, Truecaller for Business provides an ideal platform for businesses across the globe to engage with their customers to drive business outcomes. The team has built multiple product lines spanning different verticals - intelligent communications, customer engagement and trust-and-safety.

Verified Business services is a well established product vertical within Truecaller for Business that is tasked with building products and services that enable enterprise customers to manage their brand and engage with their customers on Truecaller more efficiently by optimizing their contact center operations.

As a Solutions Consultant at Truecaller for Business, you will play a critical role in driving customer success by providing expert guidance and technical expertise throughout the pre-sales and post-sales processes. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, customer success and engineering teams to understand customer needs, consult on tailored solutions, and ensure seamless implementation. Your ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable recommendations will be crucial in helping our clients maximize the value of our platform.

What you bring in:  

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 6-8 + years of experience in a solutions consulting, sales engineering, or similar role within the SaaS industry, preferably with experience in communication or marketing technology.
  • Strong understanding of calling, messaging, and marketing automation technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to translate technical concepts into clear and concise language.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with APIs and integrations is a must.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

The impact you will create:  

Pre-Sales Support:

    • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand customer business requirements and technical environments.
    • Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations that showcase the value of our solutions.
    • Create and present customized solution proposals, including technical specifications and implementation plans.
    • Respond to RFPs/RFIs and provide accurate and timely information.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic account plans and identify opportunities for growth.
    • Act as a technical expert during the sales process, addressing customer questions and concerns.

Post-Sales Implementation & Support:

    • Provide technical consulting to customers, empowering them to effectively utilize our solutions.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating to engineering teams as needed.
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including implementation guides and best practices.
    • Monitor customer usage and identify opportunities for optimization and expansion.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
    • Provide feedback to the product team, concerning customer feature requests, and pain points.

Product Expertise & Market Knowledge:

    • Maintain a deep understanding of our product features, capabilities, and roadmap.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and the competitive landscape.
    • Contribute to the development of product collateral and marketing materials.
    • Participate in industry events and conferences.

It would be great if you also have:

  • Experience working with Cpaas, CCaaS platforms is a plus
  • Experience with CRM and Marketing automation platforms is a plus.
