ABOUT THE ROLE 🤹‍♀️

The Product Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in enriching the Rocket Visa Signature® Card user experience, working cross-functionally with our product, research, CRM, and executive teams to help us bring our credit card program to the next level. This individual is responsible for obtaining a deep understanding of cardholders and their challenges, and applying this knowledge to plan, produce, and deliver new lifecycle campaigns, strong messaging & positioning, improvements to the in-app and web experience, and research projects that evaluate product-market fit. 

Specifically, you will:

  • Share ownership of lifecycle marketing strategy and execution with other PMMs on the team for the Rocket Visa Signature® Card program
  • Develop and optimize customer engagement campaigns across email, in-app, and web channels using CRM tools
  • Create compelling marketing copy and content that motivates action with cardholders at different stages of their journey
  • Partner with Product and Research teams to continuously evaluate product-market fit, gather customer insights, and translate them into actionable marketing initiatives that drive the product forward
  • Collaborate with Product teams to improve the cardholder experience with creative multi-channel solutions
  • Design and implement A/B tests to optimize campaign performance and user engagement
  • Collaborate with Creative teams to develop high-impact marketing assets and landing pages that drive desired user actions
  • Work closely with Compliance and Legal teams to ensure all marketing materials meet regulatory requirements
  • Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, creating regular reports on program performance and user engagement
  • Report out project status updates on a regular cadence to the entire team to improve cross-team knowledge and alignment 
  • Develop and maintain product marketing reference materials for internal stakeholders
  • Conduct competitive analysis and stay current with credit card industry trends and best practices
  • Work with Product teams to identify opportunities to enhance the in-app and web experience based on user feedback and behavior data

ABOUT YOU 🦄

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • 3-4 years of experience in product marketing or lifecycle marketing
  • Strong copywriting skills, including the ability to adapt writing to different mediums and for diverse audiences.
  • Strong communication skills, especially with internal stakeholders. 
  • Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience building successful lifecycle marketing campaigns

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience working with CRM software. Bonus points for Braze experience.  
  • An eye for compelling creative, e.g. success designing landing pages, email promotions, and/or ads that educate and motivate. 
  • Enjoys spending time exploring data to tell stories, discover facts, innovate, and unlock new ways of approaching existing problems
  • Willingness to abandon preconceptions and stay curious about the audience and their pain points, motivations, and behavior. 
  • Experience in a startup-like environment, where execution and flexibility are paramount. 
  • Experience building out product marketing reference assets. 
  • Experience working with compliance and legal teams a plus
  • Experience in the financial sector a plus

Additional information: Salary range of $110,000 - $130,000/year + bonus + benefits. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
