This past fall, we closed our Series B round of funding with $15 million, and we are now looking to hire an Accountant as we continue to scale our team in the Washington, DC area.
ABOUT THE ROLE 🤹♀️
Use both Quickbooks Online & NetSuite to manage the general ledger
Manage and improve the monthly close process
Support the implementation of controls, processes, and performing audits
Support AR and Collections by issuing invoices, tracking payments, and contacting clients
Own the Accounts Payable process by tracking invoices, contacting vendors, and preparing accrued expenses and prepaid expense files
ABOUT YOU 🦄
You have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting
You have or are working towards your CPA
You have Experience with recurring revenue in a SaaS context is a plus (ASC 606)
You have experience with SaaS metrics
You’re an expert with NetSuite (3+ years’ experience)
You have SQL experience (a plus)
You’re excited about working in a fast-paced startup environment
