YOUR MISSION

Our Talent Team plays a key role in supporting True Anomaly's top-tier workforce and strategically managing our hiring pipelines to ensure we attract the best talent to join our company. As a Technical Recruiter at True Anomaly, you have the unique opportunity to build teams across the company and impact a significant wave of growth as we deliver against an ambitious and important mission.  Your work will be hands-on and will involve collaborating across hardware and software teams to scope and deliver on the hiring needs of the company. We are looking for someone who can handle every aspect of recruiting, is passionate about hunting for talent and has a track record recruiting highly technical roles.  

The position is open to 6-month contract employment with the opportunity to convert to full-time. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • You will own the full-cycle recruiting process with an emphasis on strong hiring manager partnership and effective candidate advocacy  
  • You will build a strong understanding across all elements of the business, and deep relationships to further your knowledge to propel the business forward
  • You will source and identify highly qualified talent across multiple technical disciplines with a focus on software engineering and autonomy.
  • You will own and ensure a best in class candidate experience through the recruiting process from identification, interview, negotiation, close, and onboarding  
  • You will cultivate employee referrals and build pipelines of exceptional candidates for future growth   
  • You will maintain ATS data and challenge the status quo for excellence against SLAs while maintaining the highest quality bar   
  • You will be a member of the people team. Your voice will be valued and heard, and you will be expected to collaborate and contribute to the overall talent strategy 

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • You have a minimum of six 6 years of end-to-end recruiting experience, with experience filling roles on teams across the business.   
  • You have experience working at a technology-focused start-up 
  • You have the ability to impact roles at all levels – including senior/principal engineers and management   
  • You have demonstrated experience delivering against a rigorous timeline and balancing prioritization of at least 10 open roles concurrently    
  • You have project management experience, working across multiple business groups to support hiring initiatives including pipeline creation/management with organization and finesse
  • You believe in and have demonstrated “best in class” customer service partnership to hiring managers and leaders  
  • You have a high bar for what a stellar candidate experience looks like and have past candidates who can speak to this
  • You are able to accurately present candidates to internal teams; influence decisions by acting as the subject matter expert on True Anomaly   
  • You are able to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment    
  • You have strong communication skills; experience delivering impactful and concise messaging to candidates, hiring managers, and teams  

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Defense, National Security, or Aerospace experience will be prioritized
  • Experience recruiting for electrical engineers, manufacturing/production engineers, mechanical engineers and technicians
  • Experience recruiting cleared talent 
  • Based in Los Angeles or Denver and willing to be onsite as needed.
  • Proficiency with Greenhouse (ATS)  

COMPENSATION 

  • Base Salary: $114,000-$163,000
  • Equity + Benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, HRA/HSA options, PTO and paid holidays, 401K, Parental Leave
