YOUR MISSION
Our Talent Team plays a key role in supporting True Anomaly's top-tier workforce and strategically managing our hiring pipelines to ensure we attract the best talent to join our company. In this position, you’ll collaborate closely with our Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and Interviewers to facilitate the growth of our dynamic organization. As a critical member of the team, you'll oversee all interview scheduling and related logistics. Your primary focus will be delivering an exceptional candidate experience, guiding them smoothly through True Anomaly’s interview process. Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to adapt quickly and think ahead. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, interview teams and leadership to deliver a white glove experience related to all aspects of candidate experience
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with a high level of urgency — this includes phone, video, and on-site interviews using Greenhouse (ATS)
- Cultivate a top-tier candidate experience from beginning to end through your welcoming communication with candidates, attention to detail, and confidence when hosting on-site interviews
- Navigate interviewers’ complex and dynamic schedules and correspond with candidates via phone, text and email.
- Send Employment Agreements via Dropbox Sign once a candidate accepts their offer.
- Support Candidates with booking travel accommodations (flight, hotel, car service, etc.) and expense reconciliation as needed
- Find opportunities for interview process and system improvement, including identifying bottlenecks and improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
- Build strong relationships and interact professionally with all levels of candidates and hiring teams
- Have the opportunity to get involved in People team and Company-wide initiatives and make your positive impact
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator in a fast-paced, growing company
- You believe that candidate experience is paramount, and you know how to carry that through in all you do
- Relentless attention to detail and accuracy
- You have coordination and experience using Greenhouse ATS
- Proven experience scheduling within Outlook
- You have the ability and track record to respond to roadblocks and inefficiencies with new and creative solutions
- Strong team player as well as the ability to work well independently with limited guidance
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills and an infectiously positive, customer-service oriented approach
COMPENSATION
- Base Salary: $65,000-$85,000
- Benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, HRA/HSA options, PTO and paid holidays, 401K, Parental Leave
