About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing for SaaS companies. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing and executing our digital marketing strategies across paid search, paid social, SEO, and our website to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions among our target audiences. We’re looking for someone with a creative yet analytical mind, who has a passion for measuring data. The ideal candidate is someone with a deep knowledge of paid digital and SEO best practices who can proactively identify opportunities for optimization across our website and paid campaigns, to help us attract and convert pipeline.

What You'll Do

  • Digital Campaign Management: Lead the execution and optimization of digital marketing programs across paid search, paid social, and display advertising platforms, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
  • SEO Strategy & Execution: Oversee and enhance our SEO strategy, working closely with our digital agency to drive organic search performance. Collaborate with the content and design teams to optimize key landing pages for maximum conversions.
  • Website Management: Manage the performance and optimization of our website, ensuring it is aligned with best practices for user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Work closely with developers and designers to implement necessary improvements.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct in-depth analysis of paid campaigns, SEO and website performance using tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4). Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization, and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • A/B Testing: Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to optimize digital marketing performance, including ad creatives, landing pages, and user experiences.
  • Agency Management: Act as the primary liaison with our digital agency, ensuring that our paid search and SEO programs are delivering strong ROI and meeting agreed-upon KPIs.
  • Trend Monitoring & Implementation: Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, proactively identifying opportunities to implement new strategies that drive results.

What You’ve Done

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically within SaaS companies.
  • Strong expertise in managing and optimizing paid search (Google Ads), paid social (LinkedIn, Facebook), and SEO programs.
  • Proven experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and website management.
  • Advanced proficiency with GA4, SEO tools, and other analytics platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, derive actionable insights and implement supporting optimizations.
  • Experience managing digital marketing agencies and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive, data-driven approach to identifying and implementing optimization opportunities.

Compensation

Specific to pay transparency laws, the salary range starts at $120,000 and may include commission, incentive pay, incentive stock options, and benefits. The final job level and compensation will be determined by factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, years of relevant experience, skills, qualifications, certifications, geographic location, and other business considerations.
