Team Rubicon (TR) is seeking an Operations Section Chief Cadre Coordinator to join its ranks of Leased Employees in the Training Shop. This position reports directly to the Senior Associate, Instructor Development. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional instruction in accordance with Team Rubicon Standards.
Duties:
Ensure safety, accountability, and instructional consistency of assigned program
Provide Operations Section Chief administrative support to training teams across the organization
Deploy to Team Rubicon training events or operations as assigned, to provide in-person instruction and mentorship
Maintain instructor certification requirements and stay up date on organization training materials for certificate-yielding courses
Provide instruction for Train-the-Trainers
Gather instructor input and feedback on curriculum revision
Mentor Operations Section Chief instructors and grow TR's ability to deliver training nationwide
Available to attend scheduled weekly meetings with the Instructor Development team
Ability to travel 10% of the year

Registered Team Rubicon Volunteer (Greyshirt)
Cleared background check
Completed TR 101
Completed FEMA ICS 300
TR certified instructor in Operations Section Chief
Successfully taught at least three (3) Operations Section Chief sessions in the past year (strongly preferred)
Field experience on a TR Operation is strongly preferred
Excellent training, coaching, and mentoring skills
Tolerance for Adversity
Exceptionally skilled in analyzing, organizing, coordinating, evaluating, and recommending solutions
Pay Rate:
$25 per hour (6 hrs/wk; 40 hrs for TRLC)
