Project Manager
Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a Project Manager to work directly with the Vice President of our New England. You will support the Vice President of New England in overseeing and optimizing operational business initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving process improvements, providing critical decision-making support, and leading special projects that span across various facets of our organization.
As the Project Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance performance and productivity, building strong relationships with both internal employees and external associates. Your expertise in project management, combined with your ability to execute multiple projects under pressure, will be key to your success.

This position reports to the Vice President of Operations. This role is is on-site with the opportunity to work from home 3 days a month. and is based in Somerville, MA. There is free parking and is commutable by public transportation.
Essential responsibilities:
- Oversee operational business initiatives.
- Suggest process, data, and reporting improvements to stakeholders.
- Provide metric-based, operational decision-making support.
- Assist the VP with special business projects pertaining to many facets of the organization.
- Support cross-functional programs, processes, and systems to drive performance and productivity improvements.
- Build and maintain positive relationships and rapport with internal employees and external associates.
- Facilitate cross-departmental / cross-regional meetings.
- Willing and able to travel for the company as needed.
- Perform other duties as needed and assigned.
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelors degree
- 2-3+ years of project management with a track record of overseeing operation business initiatives
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience overseeing operational business initiatives.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure.
- Strong Excel (Pivot tables), PowerPoint, and Word skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills combined with excellent listening skills.
- Microsoft Planner and Oracle ERP experience preferred.
Preferred Requirements
- Masters degree
- 5+ years of operations experience leading projects
