TripleLift has grown tremendously year over year, and we’re looking for someone who won’t flinch in the face of enormous opportunity. We’re hiring a VP of Sales for the East region, someone to lead a top-notch sales team, manage revenue-forecasting, reach and exceed sales goals, and hire and train sales professionals. This is an ideal role for an experienced digital media and programmatic sales leader looking for a fast paced, high growth opportunity. This is the perfect role for you if you’ve built and managed sales teams, want to work with extremely passionate people, understand the native and programmatic media landscape, and know how to motivate and lead a growing team. You should be someone who can build the foundations of a rock star team while also bringing in revenue of your own.

Responsibilities include

·       Structure and streamline the sales team for optimal efficiency

·       Manage, mentor and train existing sales team by setting them up for success

·       Be the subject matter expert in programmatic media by keeping up to date with cutting edge industry trends

·       Collaborate with sales planning teams to craft sales packages around new and existing programs

·       Recruit and onboard new sales professionals to join the team

·       Pursue your own partnership leads through an existing book of business


·       10+ years experience as a sales leader in the digital media and/or publisher space

·       Proven track record of winning and growing business

·       Experience leading and managing a sales team

·       Excellent written and verbal communications skills

·       Outstanding presentation skills – must have experience presenting to high level clients with complete composure

·       Demonstrated ability to build relationships (internally and with clients)

·       Commitment to excellence — working with hustle, anticipating issues and communicating with diplomacy

·       Innate curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit
