The Role

We are looking for a talented and driven Lead Product/UX Designer to help create the next generation of the TripleLift's platform for publishers, advertisers, and ad tech companies. You will report to our Head of Product and work closely with our other designers, product managers, and the team of application engineers. This role focuses heavily on web based platforms with a large and diverse user base across the digital advertising ecosystem.

Using our pioneering computer vision technology, our platform seamlessly transforms images and video into native ads that match the unique look and feel of a publisher's site or app. TripleLift's native inventory is accessible through the industry's first - and now the world’s largest - real-time native ad exchange, helping advertisers reach millions of consumers across all devices at scale. Since 2012, TripleLift has delivered results for some of the biggest and most respected brands through what we call the next evolution of display advertising.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with various disciplines and departments to create the products upon which our business is built
  • Manage the execution of assets, typography, icons, and interfaces for multiple platforms
  • Work closely with the product team to define requirements and translate into visual designs
  • Lead UX practices, research, and standards
  • Solve complex problems with innovative visual designs and solutions

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in digital graphic design, or similar, at a 4-year university or art school preferred
  • Bonus - Human Computer Interaction (HCI) coursework
  • Bonus - Formal UX coursework

Experience Requirements

  • 4+ years experience as a senior designer, leading design teams to build mobile and web applications at a startup or agency environment
  • 2+ years in the ad tech industry highly preferred
