As the second recruiter at Triplebyte you’ll be coming on board to an early stage recruiting team at a stable and well funded start-up.  You’ll be working directly with founders among other hiring managers to build the team.  We are looking for someone who is not only interested in getting their hands dirty doing the day-to-day job that is recruiting, but who also wants to have a high impact on building process and defining recruiting’s role within the company.


Role Responsibilities

  • Conduct full cycle recruiting from initial call to closing the candidate.
  • Provide an exemplary candidate experience at every stage in the process.
  • Maintain the highest standard of data integrity.
  • Contribute to creating and improving the recruiting process.
  • Maintain a very close relationship with Hiring Managers and other Stakeholders.
  • Promote a diverse and inclusive work environment.
  • Sourcing when top of the funnel requires it, and some times in support of leadership hiring.
  • Maintain a very high bar for quality of candidates

What You Need to be Successful

  • 2+ years full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Highly data driven approach.
  • Entrepreneurial mind-set.
  • Experience closing candidates.
  • Experience in a fast paced company and a relatively ambiguous environment.
