Trip Arc is looking for a talented Senior Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for supporting our commercial team. This is a hands-on role owning our customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring a seamless flow of information and data quality control. Your role is to transform data into actionable insights, guide our team with precision, and be the storyteller behind our performance reports. Your primary objective is to help the commercial team capitalize on best practices and standards that have been proven to deliver results. 

We are looking for someone with experience in sales process who can communicate strategic concepts in a compelling and practical way, while providing tactical support so that processes and tools can be easily implemented and sustained. 


  • Collaborate with the leadership teams on sales process optimization and overall sales force effectiveness. 
  • Recognize, develop, enhance, and help implement sales process improvements. 
  • Help enable and drives key sales operations deployments and adoption within our business. 
  • Create and maintain documentation on sales processes, policies, and create and provide relevant sales training materials. 
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales processes. Streamline workflows, troubleshoot system issues throughout our sales tech stack, and ensure our CRM infrastructure is finely tuned. 
  • Manage all CRM on-boarding, training, and educational workshops. 
  • Analyze and evaluate sales processes, metrics and develop mechanisms to provide operational support for new capabilities. 
  • Work with internal partners to ensure tools and technology are optimized to meet the needs of our business. 


  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in sales operations or enablement 
  • Proven experience managing a CRM with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role. 
  • Personally, or within a team built the operational infrastructure within a sales organization. 
  • Mastery of CRM systems (HubSpot, Dynamics, etc.) and a passion for extracting meaningful insights. 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to transform complex data into clear and actionable strategies. 
  • Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 
  • Has a roll-up your sleeves approach with the flexibility to move quickly and navigate within the  
  • Excel proficiency.  
  • Strong business acumen and financial literacy, with ability to actively identify areas of opportunity for the business to drive scale, and/or streamline existing processes. 
  • Proven track record of continuous improvement with the leadership skills required to drive operational efficiency through others.
