The Partnerships Analyst provides administrative support to the Partnerships team, serving as the day-to-day point of contact for all existing content API partners across US and EMEA, providing account management and support for the implementation and maintenance of all API partnerships. In addition, she managing all partnerships reporting and maintains all partnership documentation. This role requires a proactive, motivated, and highly organized person who is able to work well in a fast-paced, team oriented environment.

● Manages the reporting process for all partners, offering valuable insights for partners, as well as Internal TripAdvisor stakeholders

● Maintains documentation, best practices, legal contracts and supports other business development initiatives

● Provides partners with necessary support materials including brand guidelines, API implementation documentation, NDAs, co-marketing agreements, and legal contracts

● Develops and maintains all partnership tracking documentation including revenue reports, contract renewals, partnership calendars, account management reports and partner guidelines

● Identify inefficiencies in partner processes and suggest alternatives

● Ensures that allocated projects are completed in an appropriate and timely manner

● Works effectively with other departments throughout the organization


● 1+ year of experience in analyst or administration role

 Strong organizational skills, with sound written and oral communication skills

● Self-starter with proven hands-on approach and the ability to multi-task

● Work collaboratively in a team environment

● Proactive and positive attitude to work

● Flexible and open to change; adapts behavior and work methods accordingly

● Helps team to achieve goals by fostering team cooperation
