Bókun is looking for a Senior Product Designer to help lead design within the organisationWhat You’ll Do
  • Design successful, human-centred digital experiences in a software product environment
  • Work with and contribute to a design system that standardises the visual style, UI patterns and functional logic across the entire product.
  • Ensure the shipment of high quality, consistent consumer experiences by working in close collaboration with software engineers and product managers.
  • Lead all design discussions within the organisation
  • Work closely with a set of motivated individuals with a start-up mindset
  • Contribute to creating a culture at Bókun that is aware of the unique value design brings to the company.

What You Have
  • 5+ years of design experience at consumer-focused brands or agencies
  • Ability to lead a product design throughout all phases of a design project, from early ideation to detailed execution and shipping. Ability to articulate the details of navigation and flows, UI transformations and different screen states.
  • Experience in translating design research, strategic market positioning, technical requirements in a specific design direction, including visuals and interactions.
  • Exposure to data-driven design and decision making.
  • A strong belief in the value of collaboration. Encouraging others to share their ideas and nurturing creativity
  • Portfolio that showcases your contribution to digital products and demonstrates originality, innovation, and strong problem-solving skills
