ENT Client Management

Lead a Team of AMER Meta Success Managers (MSMs) providing best-in-class campaign optimization recommendations and insights to our largest Enterprise Hotel, OTA (Online Travel Agent), and Aggregator partners

Responsible for organizing and prioritizing account management support for all clients supported by your Team

Co-own the strategic direction and Account planning for all clients supported by your Team

Ensure consistency in the support provided by all Regions by collaborating closely with your Team members and Regional Team Manager counterparts
Strategy & growth

Represent your Team externally with key clients in meetings & industry events

Lead the work with your Team members, in close collaboration with your Meta Analytics counterparts as well as with the Hotel Solutions Sales team to define the Account Strategy & plan for your clients– proactively identifying growth opportunities linked to Metasearch

Accountable for overseeing and understanding campaign performance for the clients in your Team
Team management

Attract, hire, retain and grow talent, manage team performance in alignment with the wider Meta Success and Accommodation Meta Auction teams’ mission & objectives

Define quarterly MBOs for the MSMs (Meta Success Managers) in your Team & evaluate achievements at the end of the quarter.

Provide coaching, mentorship, and career development support to team members through regular Team meetings, 1-1s as well as leading the Mid and End Year review process.

Stimulate individual Team members’ growth by creating a culture of inclusion, empowerment, accountability, collaboration & best practice sharing - within your Team as well as in the wider Meta Accomodation org and beyond
What we’re looking for:

7+ years experience in Account Management or similar client relationship/service management-related role
-
Experience from working with MetaSearch and a deep understanding of the MetaSearch ecosystem

A strong sense of ownership and with working in a fast-paced, global & highly dynamic environment where products and processes evolve rapidly

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to influence stakeholders and motivate teams

Excellent problem-solving & analytical skills, Experienced in Excel and with Salesforce
-
Ideally 2+ years of prior team management experience
-
Results-oriented, organized, flexible, and open to change and new information; adapts
behavior, work methods & priorities accordingly

Master or Bachelor’s degree required

The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $160,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in New York City. An employee’s pay position within the wage range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. This compensation range may also be modified in the future.
