In the International Marketing Direction, you are part of the B2C CRM Team. You report to the CRM Capabilities project manager. You support CRM central and local teams by implementing, maintaining and extending CRM infrastructure on data, service providers and features. (This role can be based in either Paris, Barcelona or Milan!)

What are your main responsibilities?

1. Implement, maintain and improve tooling and process to enable CRM teams to deploy their strategy

  • Daily collaboration with data & product teams to translate business needs into technical requests
  • Continuous improvements and new features development to our tool, Braze
  • Implementation of new use cases and new channels (e.g.: in-app messages)
  • Management of new projects: transactional communications migration, personalization through algorithms and scoring with data science team

2. Develop and own the relationship with different external actors

  • Providers of our tools: campaign management, deliverability, email builder
  • Follow up of best practices, guidelines thanks to regular scan of market trends, and competitors CRM activities

3. Analyse and build of monitoring

  • Business monitoring through dashboards and data requests
  • Continuous optimization of CRM tracking and measurement

4. Local team empowerment and projects coordination

  • Support TheFork local teams on their communication plans and relational strategy
  • Opt in management process and CRM data privacy review

What is your profile?

  • Master degree level majoring in business or digital marketing, you already have more than 2 years experience in CRM Capabilities, Product Management at a digital company or in consulting, agency
  • You are comfortable in international environments and fluent in English, French, Spanish, Italian are a plus!
  • Dynamic, autonomous and rigorous, you have excellent relational skills and you love team work
  • You understand both marketing needs and technical feedback
  • You are impact-oriented and know how to prioritize
  • You’re a problem-solver and you manage to handle a high load of work by prioritizing with serenity
  • Knowledge of TABLEAU, SQL, BRAZE, DARTAGNAN, VALIDITY are appreciated
